Frustration and anger mount as UN ceasefire talks stumble on

UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan, according
to a spokesman, was ”very, very concerned that it is taking so long” as the conflict took ever greater numbers of lives.

“We are waiting impatiently for the
Security Council finally to decide,” the spokesman said.

France, viewed as most likely to command a multinational force of up to 20,000, has been insisting that the UN observers force already in southern Lebanon remain and - helped by Lebanese Army troops -
secure the region until the peacekeepers arrive.

Okay, let me get this right. Kofi is CONCERNED, France will be in COMMAND?

Sorry dude I am down right shitn' my pants. Come on the French in command is like........ I don’t know?

Letting me, say loose in a glass shop.
